Legal Division
Responsibility
Representation in court on behalf of the Board in cases and proceedings assigned by the Board against and by the Board, planning, executing and directing the judicial process. Conducting legal matters related to the implementation of Union Insurance and Social Security Schemes, implementing and conducting legal matters related to contracts and memorandums of understanding, labor tribunal cases, industrial court cases, human rights complaints and complaints to the ombudsman as well as industrial disputes and labor issues. Conducting legal and judicial proceedings on behalf of the Board for, Conducting disciplinary investigations as required, executing legal and judicial proceedings on behalf, conducting disciplinary investigations as required.
